Pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal

  • Purposes - To determine the capital structure of the company then obtained various factors that influence. Therefore in determining the capital structure it is necessary to consider the factors that influence it. There are several factors that effect the capital strukture or leverage of the company, growth, stability of sales, assets structure, management attitude, lender attitude, dividen policy, control and business risk.

  • Methods - As for the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is influence of sales growth and asset structure partially or simultaneously to the capital structure at perum perumnas regional I Medan. In this study used data collection techniques that is documentation techniques, while the data analysis technique used id the method of multiple regression analysis. 

  • Findings - Based on the results of the study note that variable sales growth X1 and asset structure X2 simultaneously to the capital structure there is no significant effect on the perumnas regional 1 Medann. Besides, it is known that the percentage of variable relationship of X1 sales growth and X2 asset structure to debt to equity ratio Y equal to 0,059 or 5,9% while the rest 94.1% influenced by other factor gang not examined.
