Abstract


  • Purposes - The purpose of this study is to analyze public perceptions of public services of local government. This study was conducted at Population and Civil Registration Agency of Subulussalam City.

  • Methods - This research focused on the process and description of the analysis. In the questionnaire research was distributed to users of public services as many as 35 research respondents. In addition, researchers also conducted interviews with service providers and service users.

  • Findings - The result of the study showed that the quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Subulussalam City was in good condition.
