Abstract


  • Purposes - This study aims is to analyze the environment of Creative Puzzle Glass business by using SWOT analysis.

  • Methods - This study used a descriptive approach to describe the situation of the object of research. The object of this study is the student business that is Creative Puzzle Glass. Data analysis technique of this study used the SWOT analysis as a method of marketing analysis.

  • Findings - The results of the analysis indicate that the environmental situation of student’s Creative Puzzle Glass Business has many strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on these aspects of the business environment, the strategy formulation is to make a variety of products (SO strategy), perform effective advertising through social media (WO strategy), set an affordable price (OT strategy), and improve marketing programs for sustainable competition (WT strategy).
