Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)

Abstract


  • Purposes - The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of the transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM.

  • Methods - Data collection method used in this research by questionnaires. The population in this research was all employees of PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM as many as 40 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique. And then data analysis technique applied in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 for windows.

  • Results - The result of this research is the transformational leadership has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. So the most dominant variable is affecting the organizational citizenship behavior is job satisfaction.
